Splash Pad
The Campus Park splash pad is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Its hours are 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. daily, and admission is free. The splash pad may close early due to inclement weather, unseasonably cold temperatures, maintenance purposes, or at the discretion of the Parks Department staff. Visitors are encouraged to review the splash pad rules prior to their visit.
Rules of Use
- No attendant is on duty.
- No running or rough play is permitted.
- No pets, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, or rollerblades.
- Clean strollers or wheelchairs are allowed in the splash pad area.
- Clean flip-flops or aqua socks are permitted. Street shoes are prohibited.
- No soap, shampoos, conditioners, body lotions, or body washes are allowed near the splash pad features.
- No climbing on or tampering with splash pad equipment or features.
- Swim diapers are required for children who are not toilet trained.
- The water from the splash pad features is not suitable for drinking.
- All children under the age of 10 years must be accompanied by an adult.
- No glass containers or alcohol is allowed in the splash pad area.
- Please vacate the park when conditions call for thunder or lighting.
- In the event of an emergency, call 911.
- If water is not running during open hours, press the button to activate.
- All park rules apply. The Village of Mount Pleasant has the authority to implement and enforce more stringent rules or rules that supplement those listed here.
