Municipal Court Jurisdiction
The Mount Pleasant Municipal Court has exclusive jurisdiction over all traffic citations and municipal ordinance violations that occur within the Village. The court also has jurisdiction over various juvenile citations.
The Municipal Court staff cannot advise citizens on their individual legal rights.
