Responsibility
The Regional Wastewater Commission is made up of agencies that are served by the City of Racine wastewater department under the Racine Area Intergovernmental Sanitary Sewer Service, Revenue Sharing, Cooperation and Settlement Agreement. Mount Pleasant has two representatives assigned to the Commission.
