Not all roads within the Village of Mount Pleasant are owned by the Village. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) owns several State Trunk Highways (STH), and Racine County owns several County Trunk Highways (CTH). The respective owner manages maintenance and projects along these roadways.
