Overview
South of Highway 20 between International Drive and West Road, this district financed new infrastructure for business parks and mixed-use development. The Village most recently granted occupancy permits to a 247,000-square-foot speculative industrial development that remains on the market for lease, and remains ready to partner on development opportunities as they arise for other privately owned properties in the district.
Creation and Closing
The TID was approved in September 2014 and, according to state statutes, can remain open until 2035, at the latest.
